- Setup and clearing: 6:00–6:30 pm.

Venue setup and rehearsal tasks
- A few attendees will go to the venue to set up.
- Clear the chairs.
- Move the sideboards in the foyer.
- Arrange flowers; the aisle flowers are TBC.
- Complete a soundcheck and connect the worship team's equipment.
- Fill the water jugs. Jacinta will get the jugs.
- A lace tablecloth may be needed for the signing-of-the-register table.

Guest seating and materials
- Place orders of service on the seats.
- Mark reserved sections, potentially with names.
- Decide whether chocolate will be handed out to guests.
Housekeeping
- Pastor Ollie will give the housekeeping rules.

Bible reading

Foyer and entrance reset
- Take before-and-after photos of the foyer so it can be restored exactly as found after the ceremony.
- Clear the two small entrance areas of small items, including baskets:
- Main entrance from the street
- Back entrance from the foyer
- Take photos before moving anything so each item can be returned to its rightful location.
Parking
- Put bollards out during the rehearsal to reserve a couple of parking spaces for the bridal car and the bridesmaids' car.
- Do not park in the disabled parking area.
