Reset the church
- Return the entire front row of chairs and the left-side column of chairs.
- Return the foyer boards and anything else that was moved.
- Empty and take the water dispensers.
- Ensure all instruments are packed away and taken, with none left at the church.
Collect from the ceremony
- Leftover orders of service
- Flowers
- Chocolate favours
- Tablecloth from the signing table
- Water bottles, whether empty or full
Take to the reception venue
- Take one easel and sign from the ceremony to the reception venue.
- Take flowers too, if they are with the easel and sign.
